You do not need experience, we will train you. New Grads are encouraged to apply. You will need to be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high quality nursing care.ResponsibilitiesMonitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and adviceObserve and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physiciansCollaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patientsPerform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and annotate in patients’ chartsAdjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s ordersInspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)Provide instant medical care in emergenciesFoster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their familiesSkillsProven experience as a registered nurseExcellent knowledge of nursing care methods and proceduresExcellent knowledge of emergency careIn-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all timesA team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsResponsible and compassionateOutstanding organizational and multi-tasking skillsPatient with excellent problem-solving skillsDiploma from a nursing programValid nursing license #J-18808-Ljbffr
