Work in a modern west loop office

Full time

Office hours are

Monday: 9- 4

Tuesday 9-4

Thursday: 9-4

Wednesday- 9-5

Friday - 8-4

please note : assiatnt usually arrives 15 min before opening and leaves once last patient is done, insturments sterilized.

Experience: at least 1 year experience or have graduated from dental assisting school Willing to train if from the service industry.

Job Description:

1. Greeting patients and making them comfortable

2. Seating them in the dental operatories

3. Setting up for procedures

4. Assisting the dentist with dental procedures

5. Must be familiar with taking digital xrays

6. Breaking down and sterilizing the dental operatories once the procedure has been completed.

7. Must be coronal polish certified or will send for certification.

8. Order dental supplies

9. File receipts for dental supplies

10. Must be able to keep the sterilization room organized, clean and maintain all sterilization equipment as per OSHA standards.

11. Perform all end of the day procedures

12. Keep the dental office clean and organized.

Soft skills:

1. Must be a team player

2, Have a can do attitude

3. Must be polite and have integrity in their work
