Registered Dietitian

Indiana State Licensed DietitianAnalyze patients' nutritional status to create nutrition care plans, monitor dietary intake and weights, and adjust as needed to support optimal nutritional outcomes. Complete initial, annual, quarterly, and high-risk assessments per hospital policy to ensure timely evaluation of patient needs. Record diet histories and assessments, charts, and progress notes to maintain accurate clinical documentation. Monitor food service operations to ensure nutritional adequacy and safe food handling practices. Ensure regulatory requirements set by Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC) are being met by following standardized processes. Implement evidence-based practice, interventions, and recommendations using Nutrition Care Manual Standardized Terminology into daily practice to support consistent, high-quality care. Work as part of a collaborative healthcare team to ensure optimal nutritional results. Ability to analyze patients' nutritional status, dietary intake, and weight trends.
