Warehouse Shipping And Receiving AssociatePrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Load and unload trailers using a hand truck, forklift, or electric pallet jackPick and stack products on pallets for outbound shipmentsReceive and properly store inbound ingredients and packaging materialsAccurately rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practicesLift items weighing up to 60 pounds occasionallyMaintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with GMP and SQF Food Safety standardsFollow all safety procedures and operate equipment in a safe and responsible mannerAccurately complete shipping/receiving documentation as requiredPerform related duties as assigned to support the shipping teamJob Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of agePrior experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks preferred (certification may be provided upon hire)Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environment preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to lift and move heavy pallets (up to 2,500 lbs using pallet jack)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accuratelyMust follow all GFB core values and food safety standards (SOPs, GMPs, PPE requirements)Reliable attendance is essential to meet production and shipping schedulesEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
