Territory Sales Representative

As a Territory Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and retaining customers within the San Antonio market. This is a remote, home-based role for a candidate who lives in San Antonio and is comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting customers face to face. The ideal candidate will quickly build a strong book of business by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by identifying logistics needs and delivering tailored freight solutions
• Prospect, research, and develop new sales opportunities within the San Antonio territory
• Identify and engage key decision-makers to initiate and close sales
• Conduct frequent in-person meetings with prospects and customers throughout the San Antonio area
• Collaborate with internal team members to execute strategic sales initiativesli>
• Maintain and expand the company’s prospect and customer database
• Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional logistics services

Qualifications

• Must currently live in San Antonio, TX
• Entrepreneurial mindset (Speedy Freight is a successful global brand and new to the San Antonio market)
• Strong ties to the San Antonio business community
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Outgoing, confident communicator comfortable with face-to-face sales
• Ability to thrive in a remote, self-managed work environment

Compensation

• Bi-weekly base salary plus uncapped commission
