What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, you will:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, trauma, and other complex medical diagnoses.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists.
• Monitor patient progress and support individualized rehabilitation goals.
• Educate patients and families throughout the recovery process.
• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient experiences.
• Advocate for patients while fostering dignity, independence, and healing.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license or ability to obtain Florida licensure
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• BLS certification required
• Previous acute care, medical-surgical, neuro, orthopedic, or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Passion for teamwork and patient-centered care
