What you can expect as part of our Marketing team: Ownership of your projects Access to the leadership team on a regular basis Participation and involvement across brand campaigns Main Purpose of Job The Digital Brand Experience team is responsible for the strategy, infrastructure and execution that support our brands across digital channels. Within this group, the Digital Merchandising team drives our brands’ digital merchandising strategy, product information management and governance as well as the technology infrastructure. The team serves as a critical bridge between technical product information, digital systems, and the overall consumer brand experience. This position partners closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Consumer Experience, and Master Data teams, as well as external service providers and customers, to develop and execute best-in-class digital merchandising capabilities and business processes. The Digital Merchandising Manager is responsible for leading the product information merchandising strategy and implementation for our brands across owned and syndicated digital ecosystem. What you’ll do Creative Strategy & Execution: Lead our brands’ product PDP strategy for digital channels inclusive of (product descriptions, imagery and ratings & reviews Media Partnership: Partners with media planning to integrate relevant campaign elements into Product detail pages, ensures brand consistency, and leads test-learn-scale initiatives. Content Standards: Develops best practices for PDP content, retail media, and creative assets; maintains brand consistency across platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with Brand, Social, Insights, and Customer teams to translate product insights into content briefs and creative. Technology infrastructure and roadmap: Manage the integration, governance and future roadmap for product informational technology stack. People management: Coach and develop the Merchandising Marketing Associate Manager. What you’ll bring (Education and Experience) 4+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, digital media merchandising and associated systems Strong working knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods industry and the Global Data Synchronization Network and technology vendors (GDSN) Proficiency in Creative Briefing/Development, Retail Media, Digital Content Optimization, Cross-Functional Influence, Financial Acumen Knowledgeable in eCommerce platforms (Walmart.com, Kroger.com, Instacart etc.), PDP optimization, retail media, influencer/UGC programs, and test-and-learn methodologies Experience working in the following systems and software: PIM and DAM systems (Salsify, Bynder, Syndigo) Ratings and Reviews (Bazaar Voice, Ripple Street etc) Commercial technology implementation experience preferred Soft Skills Excellent communication skills with an ability to address audiences of all levels and varying technical knowledge Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while taking full accountability for quality efforts and deliverables Detail-orientated with a strong analytical and decision-making skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Strong technical skillset and an ability to trouble‑shoot issues as well as identify root causes The pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
