Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active MA state Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings. New graduates not accepted. Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Completion of assigned HealthStream modules (approximately 3 hours) prior to start is required. Agency will provide reimbursement as arranged by the client. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Schedule requirements: Must be open to two evenings per week with coverage until 7:00 PM; clinic may offer 4x10 options. Productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week. Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
