This position involves providing outpatient physical therapy services, with a focus on patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapy execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing documentation and ensuring compliance with licensing and credentialing requirements. Job Details Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Active license, minimum of 3 years of experience, relevant educational background, and location requirements met. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient therapy settings. Additional Information: Candidates are expected to start on 08/24/2026. Credentialing requirements include providing proof of license application within five business days of booking. Candidates must be able to start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately. Must have a permanent license; no compact licenses will be accepted. Candidates with recent perm/PRN or travel work history at the same facility within the last year are ineligible. Equipment will be provided during the interview.
