Employer Industry: Electrical Solutions Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $176,300.00 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a dynamic global organization Flexible remote work options with travel up to 50% Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) retirement plan, and tuition reimbursement Commitment to community engagement and support for philanthropic activities Innovative and collaborative work environment focused on customer success What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead and manage the sales process across the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposal strategies that meet customer requirements Drive sales pipeline development, actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities Deliver compelling customer-facing presentations and proposals that articulate the company's value proposition What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with Industrial power generation, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
