Engage clients in the lobby and educate them about self-service banking resources Assist clients with transactions through mobile banking, online banking and ATMs Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions Conduct in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs Partner with experts in small business, lending and investments Manage financial center traffic, appointments and outbound calls Drive the client experience Manage cash responsibilities Requirements High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships Passion, commitment and drive to improve clients’ financial lives Confidence identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs Effective and confident communication skills Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms Ability to educate clients on ATM, online banking and mobile banking self-service technologies Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to follow established processes, guidelines, laws and regulations Efficient time and capacity management Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including assignment to any financial center within a reasonable distance Desired: experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions Desired: one year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals Desired: six months of cash handling experience Desired: Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and relationship-building skills while effectively educating clients on self-service banking technologies.
