Regional Sales Manager - Aviation Maintenance Services - Southwest RegionPosition OverviewOur Regional Sales Manager will work with existing and new customers to sell maintenance, refurbishment, avionics, engine work and paint for our MRO Service centers in the Southwest Region.*You can be located anywhere in Southern, CA (Orange or LA County)Key ResponsibilitiesSell Services offered at our MRO Service CentersDevelop and maintain business relationships and communication with ownersDevelop sales plan ensuring customer engagement on a regular basisGather all technical information for relevant RFQ'sStrong communication with Customer Liasson on needs, pricing, delivery schedules, etc...Expand market share in Southwest RegionQualificationsValid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and MRO SalesExperience working with Challenger, Gulfstream, Falcon and other Corporate aircraft.Knowledge of 145 MRO regulations and standards.Ability to travel up to 75%Benefits:Compensation; $125k - 200k base + commissions DOEHealth/Dental Insurance - HMO and PPO options available Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Vacation/Time Off Paid Sick Time 9 Paid Holidays401K Plan with match2 Floating HolidaysPet Insurance Identity Theft Protection Services Employee Discounts to retailers, restaurants, and theme parks Uber for BusinessBenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonus
