Ensure a 5‑star guest experience by leading a team that delivers spotless rooms and warm service. Train and coach Associates on cleanliness standards, brand expectations, and why details matter. Manage staffing decisions, performance feedback, and disciplinary actions. Partner with other departments to keep operations smooth, guests happy, and the laundry moving. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of hotel management experience. Housekeeping leadership background. High school diploma (or higher). Strong tech skills: familiarity with Microsoft Office and hotel systems. Flexibility and stamina; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
