Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one quickly
• Proven experience as an OB Hospitalist or in maternal-fetal medicine
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in hospitalist settings or with underserved populations
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in obstetrics and hospitalist roles
• Current certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Other Requirements:

• Ability to start by 12/31/2025 or sooner
• Hospital privileges expedited for clean files preferred
• Compliance with all state, federal, and local licensing, certification, and credentialing requirements
• Must have or be willing to obtain all necessary medical licenses and certifications
