AI/ML Engineer

We are hiring ML/AI Engineers who have owned recommendation / ranking systems at scale . This role is for engineers who have worked on production ML systems within large marketplace, consumer, content, commerce, social, recruiting, mobility, or platform businesses – where models directly shape what users see, discover, purchase, watch, apply to, book, or engage with . The Company Recently announced $65M Series B Located in San Francisco (5 days on site) Used by companies such as Palantir, DoorDash, Codeium, Cursor, Windsurf, Decagon and Hightouch Perks : Free meals, premium healthcare, company offsites (LA, NY, Sydney), and even a bike if you want one The Role Design, build and own AI/ML systems that power matchmaking, ranking and automation across the marketplace - from data collection and labeling through deployment, monitoring and iteration. Partner closely with product, AI and full-stack engineering teams to ship models that directly improve marketplace metrics, while building evaluation frameworks for quality, bias, reliability and business impact.
