Area Vice President - Business Development - Hospice Service Line
Virginia - Georgia Focus
Join a multi-state Home Health and Hospice organization. Our client is an outstanding provider, renowned for its commitment to compliance and care. Your strategic acumen and leadership will drive growth across multiple states in this pivotal role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee an innovative business development strategy to expand our client's reach in the hospice sector across multiple states.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Partnership Development: Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and key stakeholders to enhance service offerings and market presence.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated business development team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance and professional growth.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, improving market share, and enhancing existing services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and updates on business development initiatives and progress.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the healthcare industry, specifically in hospice care.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and growing a team.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to strategize and execute regional plans that drive growth and improve market penetration.
- Communication Abilities: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed across multiple states to support business development activities.
