Senior Salesforce Engineer

8+ years of Salesforce platform experience. Strong hands‑on Salesforce engineering experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations. Deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals including governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing model, performance optimization, and large‑scale data handling. Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and make sound tradeoff decisions between declarative features and custom engineering solutions. Experience designing and supporting enterprise‑grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event‑driven architecture, and external platforms. Strong debugging, root‑cause analysis, and production support skills in complex enterprise environments. Ability to critically analyze requirements, identify design gaps early, and challenge incomplete or non‑scalable solutions. Strong code review discipline, engineering standards mindset, and focus on resiliency, quality, and operational excellence.
