About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Device Support Specialist to support commercial oncology patients using TTFields therapy. You will educate patients and caregivers according to product labeling, provide ongoing coaching and technical support, and help patients work toward their therapy usage goals. You may also support oncology patients participating in clinical trials based on business needs. This is a full-time, exempt, field-based position reporting to the Regional Manager, Device Support Specialist. The role requires frequent travel throughout an assigned territory and close collaboration with Territory Managers and other cross-functional partners.

Manage your workload independently across the assigned territory while following established timelines and patient interaction guidelines

Communicate openly with Territory Managers and other cross-functional partners to support patients and healthcare providers

Complete required assessments and adopt updates to standard operating procedures

Maintain accurate and timely records in the customer relationship management system and complete expense reports, inventory management, training, assessments, and other regulatory tasks

Follow all requirements for the administration, maintenance, and cleanliness of the company fleet vehicle

Adapt to changing business needs and schedules to provide consistent patient support

About You

You are comfortable supporting people who are navigating cancer treatment and can explain technical information with patience and clarity. You bring empathy, sound judgment, and the situational awareness to adapt your approach to each patient and caregiver. You can work independently in a field-based role, manage frequent travel and changing schedules, and stay organized across patient visits, equipment responsibilities, and administrative requirements.
