- Supervision or independent: All CRNA practice
- Specific requirements/restrictions: Spinals, Blocks and Epidurals Required, Case logs required showing proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks, Following the NM state mandate everyone is to be vaccinated or follow the exemption requirements, DEA and CSR required
