Procurement Manager

Kdc/one is seeking a Procurement Manager in Groveport, Ohio . We’re seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a team of buyers and manage supplier relationships that ensure materials are available to meet production demand and customer commitments. This role plays a key part in inventory optimization, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a team of buyers supporting raw materials, components, and packaging Manage supplier performance, including quality, cost, and OTIF delivery Align purchasing activities with forecasts, S&OP plans, and production needs Optimize inventory levels, safety stock, and inventory turnover Partner with Warehouse, Scheduling, and Global Sourcing teams to mitigate risk and reduce excess inventory Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring (Basic Qualifications) High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management or related field preferred 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience in manufacturing 2+ years of supervisory experience Industry experience (cosmetics, personal care, pharma, or contract manufacturing) preferred SAP, Microsoft Office, Power BI Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why kdc/one?
