Contracts Administrator

- Documentation & Contracts: Draft, format, review, and formally generate customer contracts, service agreements, and project change orders with high attention to detail.
- Procurement Support: Generate and track project purchase orders (POs) for equipment, components, and tools, ensuring proper alignment with vendor terms and project budgets.
- Project Coordination: Support Project Managers in tracking timelines, scheduling technical teams, and organizing local vendor deliveries.
- Vendor & Subcontractor Onboarding: Maintain up-to-date compliance files, insurance certificates, and documentation for third-party subcontractors.
- Office Administration: Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, handle physical mail, organize office files, and provide day-to-day administrative backup to local leadership.
- Billing Alignment: Assist the accounting department by verifying that invoice amounts match the generated purchase orders and contract terms.
