Responsibilities:
Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that align with our high standards of service.
Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on various plumbing systems, ensuring compatibility with existing fixtures and regulations.
Manage job documentation thoroughly and accurately, from initial assessment to job completion. Ensure all installations and services are executed professionally and to the customer's satisfaction.
Perform drain cleanings and camera inspections
Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses
Pricing and payment collection on-site experience
Ability to understand and use tablets, email, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of professional RESIDENTIAL experience
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to understand and use tablets, email, etc.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work overtime as needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record, background check and ability to pass a drug test
