This role combines technical expertise, leadership, customer service, and quality control to deliver outstanding results on every project.As a key member of our growing team, you'll help develop the next generation of installers while playing a critical role in our continued success.**What You'll Do****Lead Installations*** Oversee the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation systems, and related equipment.* Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and technical drawings.* Perform system startups, testing, commissioning, and quality checks.* Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure systems operate at peak performance.* Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.**Develop and Lead Your Team*** Direct and support installation crews on a daily basis.* Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers.* Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.* Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality standards.**Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences*** Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers.* Educate customers on system operation and maintenance.* Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at every job site.**Maintain Safety and Compliance*** Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.* Ensure installations meet all applicable building and mechanical codes.* Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites.* Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently.**What We're Looking For****Required Qualifications*** 3–5+ years of HVAC installation experience.* EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).* Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.* Strong leadership and communication skills.**Preferred Qualifications*** NATE Certification.* HVAC trade school education.* Previous experience leading installation crews.* Residential and commercial installation experience.**The Opportunity**This is more than a Lead Installer position. Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards in stressful situations. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written. This position requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and mechanical aptitude.Education and ExperienceThis position requires a minimum of six months prior HVAC installation experience. Requires a high school diploma and/or any equivalent of education and experience to meet the essential functions of the job.
