Job Description

Brazilian Wax & Spa by Claudia is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are currently hiring for our locations in James Island (SC), North Charleston (SC), Augusta (GA), and Evans (GA) .

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, thrives in a spa environment, and loves helping clients feel welcomed and cared for.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable with sales, as part of the role includes recommending packages and products to clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Assist clients with selecting services, packages, and products

• Meet monthly sales goals for spa packages and memberships

• Process payments and handle the register

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

• Support spa staff and assist with general spa operations

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience

Requirements

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with sales and meeting monthly sales goals

• Organized and reliable

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Ability to multitask in a busy spa environment

Compensation & Growth

• Pay starts at $14/hour and up , depending on experience and performance

• Commission on package and product sales
