ProAmpac Benefits: 11 paid holidays Vacation and personal time Quarterly bonus opportunities Production bonus opportunities Referral bonus opportunities Great wellness program with opportunities to save money on health insurance premiums and earn gift cards Competitive benefits 401(k) company match $1.00/hour shift differential for second shift Essential Duties: Use clamp truck to move rolls of paper Load paper roll into machine Operator an overhead crane when needed to lift rolls Complete daily production log Other duties as assigned Requirements: MUST understand how to read a measuring tool to set up cutting blades in the proper combination of sizes Previous manufacturing machine operator experience REQUIRED and clamp truck experience a plus Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and/or holidays Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift 2-8 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds periodically Must be able to tolerate hot, humid work conditions Must adhere to company policies, safety rules and wear PPE The hours are 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Overtime will require later ending times of 12:00 AM or 1:00 AM. This position is a temporary to hire position.
