Foundry Worker

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Foundry Worker to join their team. As a Foundry Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Foundry Worker

Location: Marion, IN

Pay Range: $15.50

Shift: All shifts available

What's the Job?

• Perform heavy lifting and assist in the handling of foundry materials
• Work in hot, dusty, and dirty environments ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Support the casting and finishing processes in the foundry
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards during shift

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
• Open to working all shifts, including nights and weekends
• Must be clean shaven as per safety requirements
• Willingness to work in a hot and dusty environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
