If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:What You will Do:Test Fixture Design & Station Bring-UpDevelop and deliver Test Fixture Design Packages including mechanical/electrical design files, assembly instructions, and validation protocols for each new product or fixture refreshExecute Test Station Bring-Up activities including calibration records, GR&R (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility) studies, and correlation data for each new station deployment or relocationTesting & Lab CapabilitiesPerform Environmental Testing including Thermal Shock, HALT , and related stress testsConduct Mechanical Testing using Instron, Drop, and Vibration equipmentExecute ESD Testing per applicable standardsOperate Metrology equipment including CT Scan and CMM Perform FTIR / Material Analysis for material characterization and failure analysisCarry out Electrical/Mechanical Rework as needed for test sample preparation or corrective actionsManage Equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules and executionMaintain Equipment Calibrations ensuring all instruments are within calibration windowsWhat You Will Bring:Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field3–5+ years of experience in a hardware test lab or validation environmentSkills & Competencies Proficiency in mechanical and electrical fixture/test station design (CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD)Hands-on experience with environmental, mechanical, and ESD test equipmentStrong knowledge of metrology tools (CT Scan, CMM) and material analysis (FTIR)Demonstrated experience with equipment calibration, PM programs, and GR&R studiesExcellent documentation skills — SOPs, test reports, calibration recordsFamiliarity with lab safety, ESD controls, and quality management systemsPay Range: $120000 -$130000.Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
