What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Generate new business and follow up with leads
• Educate customers on products and coverage options
• Assist with applications, renewals, policy changes, and questions
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, or other customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Applicants must be willing and able to obtain applicable insurance licenses.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Employees must successfully complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
