Forklift | Warehouse Order Selector

POSITION - Order Selector

JOB LOCATION - Eau Claire, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE - Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM - Long-term, Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE - Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) - 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm or until done Sun-Thurs)

STARTING PAY - $17.43 per hour. Time and a half on Sunday hours. Attendance Incentive of $4.28/hour; earn up to $27.08/hour!

REQUIRED EDUCATION - High School Diploma/GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Previous manufacturing experience preferred, must have prior Forklift and Order Selector operation experience.

The Order Selector is responsible for selecting (picking) and loading product in a safe and accurate fashion to ensure standards and quality of product are met.


Responsibilities :

• Pallet mover and forklift pre-shift inspections
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Select orders at throughput rate that meets company standards
• Build pallets in a neat and orderly fashion
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Forklift certification, prior and willing to obtain again
• Basic reading and math skills
• Lift 50 lbs. frequently
• Ability to move, lift, and bend constantly
• Good thinking skills and self-motivation
