We are looking for a Primary Therapist who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and provide individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing. This role supports clients' foundational well-being and helps them build the skills needed to overcome challenges, heal, and grow to sustain long-term sobriety.

The Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities. They will manage a patient caseload and provide group, individual, and family therapy. The Therapist will conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments and maintains primary responsibility for communication with the family, referral source, and other service providers as needed.

Schedule:

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday; 8:30am to 4:30pm EST, additional after-hours coverage as needed

Annual Salary Range:

● $60,000-75,000

What will your day look like? You will:

• Group Facilitation

• Individual Counseling

• Crisis Intervention

• Documentation/Scheduling

• Treatment Planning

• Other duties as determined by Clinical Director

What you will need for this position:

• Active New Jersey licensure preferred (LCADC, CADC, LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, or LAMFT); if pending licensure, we still encourage you to apply!

• PHP level of care experience preferred

• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human services field.

• A minimum of 1 year of behavioral health, mental health, or substance use counseling experience is required.

• Proficient in Google Workspace software preferred.
