Charge Nurse (RN) Job Type: Full Time, Nights, 3x12 | Sign On Bonus: $10,000 Responsibilities Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process—Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans. Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues. Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions. CCRN RN Fellow Program—Certification Bonus. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program with current licensure in the state; BSN preferred. Mandatory child and adult abuse certificate required. Minimum of two years of experience in a rehabilitative or acute care setting and/or demonstrated leadership ability. Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate, and direct activities of clinical personnel; effective oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages preferred; proficiency in basic computer skills required. CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred. CRRN preferred. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
