Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

• Speak with a Friendly Tone
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Be coachable and willing to learn from others
• Work on their feet for extended hours of time
• Communicate effectively with Team Members and guests
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A guidelines and uniform code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
