Chick-fil-A Team Member Opportunity

This location requires you to be at least 16 years of age.

At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact
  • Speak with a Friendly Tone
  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Be coachable and willing to learn from others
  • Work on their feet for extended hours of time
  • Communicate effectively with Team Members and guests
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A guidelines and uniform code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Smile

  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
