Joyce Factory Direct has been an industry leader in home remodeling since 1955, specializing in sunrooms, windows, sunrooms, baths, and doors. We proudly serve multiple markets including Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Columbia, Asheville, and Greenville. Position Overview
Looking for a high-energy, people-oriented role where your effort directly impacts your paycheck?
Joyce is hiring Part-Time Event Marketers to represent our brand at local events, generate leads, and set appointments. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role for outgoing, self-motivated individuals who want to earn more and grow quickly.
Compensation
- $17 per hour base rate
- Uncapped performance-based commissions on leads and appointments
- Average earnings of $20–$25 per hour
- Top performers earning $30+ per hour
What You’ll Do
- Engage with homeowners at events, home shows, and retail locations
- Start conversations, build interest, and generate quality leads
- Set appointments for our in-home sales team
- Represent the Joyce brand with confidence and energy
- Help with light event setup and teardown
- Hit daily lead goals and maximize earning potential
