Director of Engineering
Subway
Subway is seeking a Director, Guest Engineering to lead the full guest-facing digital stack—mobile, web, kiosk, and middleware—across four cross-functional pods. Reporting to the VP of Guest Engineering, this role directs end-to-end delivery with autonomy in a high-stakes consumer environment. You will shape architecture, grow a 20+ engineer organization, and drive AI-assisted development while partnering with product, finance, HR, and partner teams to meet ambitious roadmaps and reliability #J-18808-Ljbffr
