Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health status, individual circumstances, and emotional challenges, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet diverse needs and promote healing.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments in treatment approaches to enhance efficacy.
- Furnish crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring timely and effective responses to urgent needs.

Qualifications
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
