Product Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions to bring our digital coworkers to the next level. Your impact As a Senior Python Engineer at Neople, you will build, ship and improve high-impact product features. Beyond coding, you will contribute to technical decisions, improve engineering practices and mentor peers alongside our CTO - helping the team move faster, smarter and with higher quality. About you At least 5 years of experience in SaaS and/or AI startups. Thrived in fast-moving environments (Seed to Series B) and know what scaling feels like. Strong Backend Engineering Skills in Python and FastAPI. Track record of shipping production-grade features and building scalable, secure, and resilient systems. Care about the why as much as the how, keeping customers at the center of decisions. Experienced working hand-in-hand with product and design to bring ideas to life. Proven mentoring ability, raising the bar for engineering practices and peers. Balance speed with quality - experiment quickly, learn fast, and build with intent. Contribute input, feedback, challenge assumptions and bring fresh ideas - not just code. Operate independently with sound judgment while collaborating deeply when needed.
