# Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery / Postpartum RN – Tennessee**Start Date:** October 12, 2026 **Location:** Dickson, Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Full-time, 3 shifts per week with rotating weekends and holidays

Highlights:

• LDRP unit with 9 beds, 1 observation bed, 4-bed Level II NICU, and 1 OR suite for comprehensive maternal and newborn care
• Balanced patient ratios: 1:1 for active labor, inductions, and C-sections; 1:3 for couplet care; NICU intermediate care at 1:3
• Joint Commission certified facility with Stroke Center, Level II Trauma Center, and Level II NICU designations
• Documentation systems include Meditech and CPN central monitoring with modern equipment including IV pumps, infant warmers, tele-med robotics for neonatologist consultation, bili-blankets, and PCA pumps
• Opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care in an integrated LDRP setting
• Work alongside a highly experienced team including six seasoned RNs with approximately 30 years of experience each who serve as excellent preceptors and resources

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Labor and delivery experience required, including ability to labor and recover mothers as well as receive and transition newborns with full assessment capabilities
• Experience with shoulder dystocia, postpartum hemorrhage, and other OB emergencies preferred
• BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring training certifications required
• Knowledge of fetal monitoring, inductions (Pitocin, Cervidil), and advanced maternal-newborn care techniques
• Experience with C-sections, circumcisions, intra-uterine monitoring, and vacuum or forceps-assisted deliveries
