RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PART-TIME BILLING CLERK
- The Part-Time Billing Clerk will perform high-volume data entry while reviewing and updating billing, service order, and customer records
- The Part-Time Billing Clerk will prepare, organize, file, scan, print, and distribute documents while maintaining accurate electronic and paper files
- Review reports for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and communicate issues to the appropriate team members
- Provide general administrative support for departmental projects and routine office tasks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PART-TIME BILLING CLERK
- One year of office or administrative experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer systems required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately required
Salary is $18-20/hr, DOE
