Clinical Pharmacist – SSM Health SSM Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe, evidence-based medication management within our integrated Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will verify and dispense medications, optimize pharmacotherapy, monitor treatment outcomes, and prevent adverse drug events. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams, counsel patients and families, and support stewardship and quality initiatives.
