Forklift Operator

Our client, a leader in logistics and distribution services, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the movement and management of pallets and materials within the Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Days (08:00-19:00)

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts to move pallets and materials efficiently within the Distribution Center and Reverse Logistics Center.

• Support production requirements by relocating pallets and supporting loading/unloading customer trailers.

• Power-sort pallets by hand as part of daily responsibilities in some locations.

• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times to prevent injuries and maintain a safe working environment.

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies and procedures.

What's Needed?

• Good math, language, and reading skills with attention to detail.

• Basic computer skills are preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, with a willingness to adapt to varying schedules.

• Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

• Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and airborne particulates, while maintaining safety and efficiency.
