PT - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift: Monday - Thursday, with two days from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and two days from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and providing treatment for patients with various conditions, specifically in orthopedics, neurology, and geriatrics. The role includes working as part of an interdisciplinary team and may involve caring for COVID-19 patients in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercises.

Utilize various therapy techniques including e-stim, ultrasound, and manual therapy.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Current PT License in Pennsylvania or Compact.

EPIC experience is required.

ACLS certification is preferred.

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19; medical or religious exemptions allowed.
