Sourcing Specialist

Sourcing RepresentativeHargrove is seeking a Sourcing Representative supporting the Strategic Sourcing team in the execution of capital project procurement activities for a role in West Houston area.Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Support competitive bid events (RFI/RFQ/RFP) for capital projects.Coordinate sourcing activities from bid package issuance through purchase order placement.Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support sourcing strategies.Coordinate technical and commercial bid clarifications with suppliers.Prepare bid evaluations and commercial summaries.Track procurement status, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.Support invoice processing, issue resolution, and project reporting.Assist the Strategic Sourcing team with negotiations and other sourcing initiatives as needed.Position Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum 3 years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Experience using SAP for procurement and purchasing activities preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time77094 capx energy corridor
