Staff Accountant

Our client, a growing company in Costa Mesa, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on accounting work while collaborating across teams in a fast‑paced setting. Salary: $50k-60k + benefits Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities, including AP, reconciliations, and cash activity Support revenue tracking and POS system integrations Assist with payroll inputs, monthly reporting, and variance analysis Contribute to close processes, budgeting, and forecasting Handle sales tax filings and maintain compliance with internal controls Partner on ad‑hoc projects, process improvements, and occasional admin/HR support Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi‑entity environment Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and reporting Experience with accounting software and Excel; POS systems a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
