About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to cater to the unique needs of our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care that addresses their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and goals

• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities, mobility, and cognitive skills

• Provide one-on-one and group therapies, including activities of daily living (ADL) training, mobility exercises, and cognitive rehabilitation

• Collaborate with patients, families, and care providers to enhance communication and coordination of care

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and professional standards

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a Master's or Doctoral degree

• Possession of a current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and care providers
