About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join a growing law firm in Greensboro, GA. This position focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions while working alongside a collaborative legal team dedicated to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential and commercial real estate closings
• Review, draft, and negotiate real estate contracts
• Conduct title reviews and resolve title issues
• Ensure compliance with Georgia real estate laws and regulations
• Advise clients on zoning, permitting, and development matters
• Collaborate with paralegals, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents
• Provide outstanding client service throughout the transaction process

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license required
• Minimum 2 years of real estate law experience
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial closings
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Estate planning, probate, or business law experience is a plus
