We are seeking a talented, passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary team of an acclaimed upscale restaurant in beautiful Charleston, SC.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, hands-on culinary leader with a strong background in Italian cuisine, fresh seafood, and elevated, scratch-driven dining. The ideal candidate combines exceptional culinary talent with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in upscale or fine dining
• Strong background in authentic Italian cuisine, handmade pasta, and fresh seafood
• Experience leading high-volume, scratch kitchens
• Creative approach to seasonal menus and locally sourced ingredients
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing culinary teams
• Strong financial acumen, including food costs, labor management, inventory, and budgeting
• Passion for culinary excellence, consistency, and exceptional hospitality
