Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Physical Therapist - Rehab Location: Freehold, New Jersey Schedule / Job Type: Contract | Days | Onsite Key Responsibilities Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians in accordance with applicable practice acts Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT) Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to adapt to varying schedules, facilities, and patient populations Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. #J-18808-Ljbffr Concentric Healthcare Staffing
