As we continue to grow our Miami recruitment and sales team , we're looking for an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join Piper Maddox , our specialist recruitment brand focused on the rapidly growing renewable energy and clean technology industries .

About the Role

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – Clean Energy , you'll take part in LHi Group's 12-week training program and develop into a recruitment specialist within the renewable energy and CleanTech market.

This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role where you'll learn the full recruitment and business development lifecycle, including B2B sales, business development, lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, client acquisition, account management, contract negotiation, candidate sourcing, market mapping, interviewing, networking, and relationship management .

You'll build your own network of clients and candidates within the renewable energy and clean technology sectors , identify new business opportunities, manage recruitment processes from initial outreach through offer and placement, and develop the commercial skills needed to grow your market and progress your career in recruitment.

No previous recruitment or clean energy experience is required. Our structured training program is designed to develop entry-level Recruitment Consultants into successful full-cycle recruitment and sales professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Matchmaking: Serve as a professional matchmaker between top talent and leading companies within the renewable energy and CleanTech market .
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct high-volume lead generation through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other outreach strategies to connect with prospective candidates and clients.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop prospective client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of your specialist clean energy market.
• Sales Performance: Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets to achieve revenue goals and support business growth.
• Contract & Salary Negotiation: Facilitate contract discussions and salary negotiations while consulting candidates and clients on market trends.
• Relationship Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, interview, and engage both active and passive candidates while developing a strong network within your specialist market.
• Market Expertise: Develop into a renewable energy and clean technology recruitment specialist by researching industry trends, mapping competitors, identifying talent pools, and strategically expanding your professional network.
• Account Management: Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, coordinate recruitment processes, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Consultative Recruitment: Guide clients and candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, managing expectations, providing feedback, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer negotiations.
