Pay: $29/hr – $43/hr+ (DOE & Technician Level)

Swing Shift Differential: +9%

Shifts Available:

• Day: 5:30am – 4:00pm (Mon–Thu)
• Swing: 3:20pm – 1:50am (Mon–Thu)

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll help keep high‑precision production equipment running at peak performance. Your work directly supports a manufacturing operation known for quality, consistency, and engineering excellence .

You will:

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on production machinery
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to diagnose issues
• Follow Preventative Maintenance schedules and document work performed
• Interpret machine manuals, part books, and technical diagrams
• Support safe operations through proper lockout/tagout procedures
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and related systems
• Collaborate with operators and technicians to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Top Qualifications (Technician Level I)

• 2+ years of mechanical/technical work experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Skilled with hand tools and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn new measuring equipment
• Ability to follow Preventative Maintenance procedures
• Ability to follow lockout/tagout protocol
• Able to interpret machine part books and manuals
• Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort following detailed instructions

Preferred Qualifications (Technician Levels II & III Considered)

Candidates with more of the following may qualify for higher levels and higher pay within the range:

• 3–5+ years of direct machinery maintenance experience
• Experience with micrometers , dial indicators , and heat monitoring guns
• CNC maintenance experience
• Strong experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
• Previous fabrication experience (MIG/TIG welding, mills, lathes)
• Solid understanding of machinery tolerances in production environments
• Prior experience managing or executing PM schedules

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $89440.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
