IT Tech & Sim Support Specialist

Chamberlain University seeks an IT Tech & Simulation Support Specialist to support instructional technology and simulation labs for nursing and healthcare programs. In this student-centered, mission-driven environment, you’ll install, configure, and maintain PCs, AV systems, and simulation equipment; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; and support LMS and classroom technologies. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure reliable, high-quality learning experiences, train users on tools and systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of academic technology and simulation operations.
